We should be drinking beer a little after 5pm.
Jay the Brand Manager will be giving us the tour. He comes from a Pcar family. So we need to invite him to the Tap Room rather than chatting at CK.

Thanks to all who came out last night. It was good to see everyone after a couple months away.

Thanks particularly to Robert for arranging the tour at Chris King! And to Herr Oberst for the cool notebooks! We are not likely to top this "Show and Tell" for a while (though the previous opportunity to fondle Steve's nuts will likely always stand as the standard of comparison).

Curt, here is a link to a list of quotes from Dorothy Parker, the writer with the "sharp wit, sharp tongue" that I was describing:

Think we need a "Krylon" paint party for Harry's car.
Everyone can bring their favorite shade of yellow, and we'll all have a go at touching up the exterior paint on Harry's 911.
Now that the engine is looking so spiffy....why not the rest of the car? What do you think, Harry?

Hmmm. Originally the car was Signal Yellow (aka School Bus Yellow). A great period color.

Sadly, sometime prior to my ownership it was painted Guards (aka Resale) Red.

Maybe one day it will be yellow again.

Yeah; mine was Condo Green before the PO (POS?) repainted it "Resale Red".

Same color as our Targa when we bought it. We had it painted slate blue to reduce Police attention. Ignorance of youth, in retrospect.
