Anybody have an interest in letting your inner man-child out? Was thinking about building an RC track out back for short course trucks or Rally cars.

Bonus points for anyone that can ID the orange and white vehicle, behind the IPA (not the beer kind).

I wish! If you know where to get one of those in RC - I'd love to add it to the "pile". Think a bit newer, but you're on the right track (see what I did there) with it being a Porsche race car.

936? I'm focusing on the air intake, but the fenders don't really look right for either a 917/10 or a 936.

$10 Goodwill score about 5 years ago. My son still keeps asking going back to GW with the expectation we'll find other equally as awesome finds. He (and I) have been disappointed by every return trip.

The orange livery fooled me. I couldn't get past seeing Lightning McQueen, even though the headlights were incorrect. Nice job of sleuthing, Mr. H.

(Caution, cynical thoughts below

I wonder if Radio Shack got together with Marlboro to keep the cost down (Fifty bucks!) and get those little tykes eager to begin smoking?
