And don't forget the Cue Tip behind the ear (dripping with 20/50).

Sounds good. The only one I've been to was in Florida many years ago. I just drove up to some of it from Orlando. My brother-in-law and I did come in 2nd place in the TSD Ralley, only because we didn't fall for a false check point, ha ha.

Monday with the concourse looks the most interesting to me since I won't be doing much other than looking. Perhaps drive over the 20th, check out the rides, stay in Post Falls for una noche then check out whatever is going on Tues morning, have lunch then drive home.

Anyone know any interesting routes?

Using The Google, there are tons of small secondary roads which roughly parallel 90 from the big ditch to Spokane. Back in June I drove to my wife's wheat farm in Benge, where the roads are utterly deserted with some long straight stretches with tight curves thrown in seemingly at random, just to keep things interesting-ish. That is as interesting as scrub land can be.

Thanks Brad. Already paid for the Emory gala. Where did you say you and Teresa were staying? Best Western, where?

You manning the Gruppe 9 booth Brad? LOL . Donna and I have rented a place for the week of Parade....I'm not sure if we'll be there the entire week, but it has been booked. It's too bad Emory's event is that weekend, I was there a few years ago and it was a hoot. I guess it's possible to do both, but camping in the 911 really fills the car to bursting and ideally I wouldn't want to haul all that gear for the entire trip. As I write this, all the tours during Parade are full. There is talk of doing two more but honestly, the thought of 120 cars having a "fun" drive is outside my scope of understanding. I can envision a barely moving traffic jamb. Perhaps amusing, but not really a drive. I think a few of us attendees are going to strike out on our own for a drive or two. Cheers

I moved over here in 2013 and love the area. We are excited for Parade but the conversations a year ago about having a 2 day DE during Parade seem to have devolved into maybe doing a one day on Sunday after the official schedule is done. I don't get it but I've never attended one and don't know if DE is usually part of the festivities. I live right here and don't know that I'll attend that much of it. There are great roads close by, plenty of good food and eats in town. If you haven't been to Spokane before or for many years, come check it out!

I have never been to a PCA Parade ... but since I was born in Spokane and now live in Seattle, I may have to attend ... I like Bob's idea of a Red-Neck Thunderbird party!
