Panel Adhesive

Hi all,

I need to attach on a couple of metal tabs to hold on the fuel vapor tank under the fender of a 1970 911. I was hoping to find an adhesive that could do the job rather than welding because I cannot access the area. I know 3m makes a panel bond epoxy (say #38315) but all of their adhesives require a gun/applicator. Is there anything out there that would do the same thing that I can mix and apply by hand?

Panel adhesive is probably not the best option, remove fender and weld it or possibly lose it going down the road which will cost you more time and money.

Try also to go to a local bodywork supply and ask for recommendations.
