Por 15 or Rustlok

I am in the process of priming the repairs to my inner fenderwells and replacement latch panel on my 79' Targa. So, I've wire-wheeled the areas that have weld burn scars along with the replacement sheet metal and I'm using Ospho on them. I tend to put a thin layer of Ospho on with a microfiber, rather than brushing, because I noticed it lessons the amount of chalky residue. My latch panel is galvanized, rather than Galvanneal steel, and the patch patches are cold rolled. The front inner corner is a Galvanneal panel from Restoration Design as is the battery tray. I was able to locate 16 and 22 gauge in Galvanneal but no 19 or 20 so I went with mild steel on the smaller patch panels.

I don't want to mix up 2-pack for small touch up, prior to redoing the undercoating (gray Wurth) and touching up the GP White. My question, I have Petit Rustlok and I have Por15. Which would be better over a prepped and Ospho treated mix of mild, galvanized, and Galvanneal steel?
