WTB Scrap metal from Driver fender

Hi All,
I am looking for the channel ring inside the fuel filler housing that the rubber grommet is retained in. The lower portion of mine was rusted out. I have reached out to a couple of companies to make the part but they are not interested. Only about 50% of the ring is rusted, so i am considering only cutting half out and welding in the new section.
Thought I would check here before either making my own, or purchasing the entire housing from one of the sites below.
