Seat Frame Reassembly-73 911
Has anyone disassembled a 73 seat frame, removing the circular spring in the process?
I blasted the entire frame, powder coated, and am trying to rebuild. The problem is-how do I retension the spring without losing a finger? Thanks Jon |

I've done this a few times, but I had to fab my own tool, I'll see if I can find it and try to learn how to post a picture.

Axiom,
Fabed my own tool-it was an interesting, but fun adventure. Thanks for your response-as you can see, you were the only one with any positive encouragement. Thanks again Jon |

Jon:
Glad to see you got your assembly resolved, it is interesting how simple issues can require some brain activity, but hey, they feed our imagination. Positive thinking is a good thing, keeps me smiling. Happy new year!!!!! Rudy
