Fender Installation Issue 944
I recently purchased an 89S2 with some body damage. The passenger side fender had been hit leaving a crumpled fender, damaged headlight assembly, damage header panel and a small bend in the hood. I removed all of the pieces and purchased replacements. The fender reattaches but as you approach the front of the car the inner fender is too low to accept the fender. It must have been forced downward in the crash.
Any thoughts on raising this area? If I cant do it how does a body shop do it and how much does that type of thing cost. My plan was to reattach the new pieces and have the entire car repainted. ![]() ![]() ![]()

You probably need a bodyshop to straighten that apron for you. The car needs to be put on a frame rack and have a forward/upward pull performed to fix it right. I would say at least $200-$300 is what you will spend.
