Looking for a recommendation on a painter for my H-4 trim rings

Looking for a reasonable price/quality trim ring paint match for my Iris '85 Carrera. I'm in El Segundo/ Redondo Los Angeles area but will travel for a good job.

Is this something I can do myself if I order some touch-up paint?

I used our local NAPA paint store to match my color. Give them your paint code and they can mix it up in spray cans for you. It works great for small jobs like this and it only cost about $12 a can. I did my wheels with this paint and they turned out really nice. Click on my link if you wish and check it out.
