painting over powder coating

Is it possible to paint over a powder coated part? Does it require anything more than coating and spraying?

Here's why I ask. I bought a used roll bar. It's been powder coated, and looks pretty good. Still, I'd like to paint it with some two-part enamel.

yes you can paint over powder coated parts. Actually it is a very good base to paint on. I usually scrub with good soap and water, and rough up and paint. Jim
