Your opinions would be appreciated on this damage...

Hey guys...Im looking into purchasing this car for what seems like a good deal, but it has some damage on the rear drivers side quarter panel. If i were to buy the car ide eventually like to get the damage fixed, but im not sure what this would cost to get it done somewhere or do it myself (assuming the dents arent bad enough to need specialty tools) Was hoping you could give me an estimate of what it would be if i brought it somewhere...Thanks for any help guys.

Car in question -

Buy a cheap hammer and dolly set and a rubber mallet from harbor freight and DIY.
