1976 911 Turbo Fuel Door Latch

I need the whole latch, Knob, Cable, Latch at end of Cable

I have the door, this is a restore that my brother starter several years ago and passed away before it was done, I am trying to pick it up from here.

Where can I purchase this and other hard to find misc parts need for the 911
