Bulldog and 2K primer Incompatible?

This is the third (and last) time this had happened to me. Painting a new bumper I first laid down a few coats of Bulldog and then a few coats of 2K high fill primer. After letting it dry overnight and wet sanding out the 2K (and letting it dry) , I shoot it with the base color (PPG Deltron 2000) and the paint crazes/crinkles up and looks like you took a piece of aluminum foil, rolled it up into a ball, and smoothed it out again. Had to strip the bumper back down to bare plastic.

Is there a known incompatibility between Bulldog and 2K primer? If not, there is now, at least as far as I'm concerned.

I'll never use 2K on top of Bulldog again.

bulldog has one use.that would be trash can filler ! its so temperamental its not worth using . i'm a glasurit shop and a rep came in and gave me a can to try insted of the glasurit adhesion promoter. i did it step by step by the tech sheet and it did the same thing to me . i washed it down and used the glasurit . like i always do with no problems . if it ant broke don't fix it !!!! I would get some ppg if your a ppg person . I my self i don't like inter mixxing brands becouse this is the kind of things that can happen .
