1970 911 Tangerine color code??
 

I am looking to paint my 1970 911T Targa the Tangerine color code, but I have seen a few different color code numbers associated with Tangerine. I have seen color code #018, as well as #2310. Which is correct, and what number should be provided to a paint store to get a color match? Anone know of an authoritative source to clear this up for me?? Anyone have a car with a Tangerine color code label in the door jamb they can procide the number off of for me for a 1970 Tangerine 911?

the color blood orange #018 and blutorange #2310 are the same colors tint for tint . 018 was used in the years 1972-1973 and 2310 was used in the years 1970-1972 .the glasurit tints used are #257-brilliant orange , 927-black , 352-dark red and 25-white . if the car was built before june of 1972 the color code is 2310 and after june of 1972 its 018.
