Rusty Fuel Tank
I was removing the foam gasket while preparing to re-finish my fuel tank. I found corrosion at the seam.
Is this repairable? I also posted this on tha 911 forum. Thanks in advance ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yes you can repair it . there are alot or manufactures that make products that you pour in to your fuel tank . and when it drys it will encapsulate the inside of the tank . just flow the manufactures directions to the letter .

I ground a little more today, and the corrosion is limited to that one section. It probably can be sealed from the inside. I found a place that specializes in these repairs.
