RSR Conversion/Front Fender Issue
HI,
I am converting a '70 911 into a RSR clone. I have already added the appropriate flares to the front fenders (professionally done) and I have an RSR front bumper (fiberglass). I am still mocking everything up but it looks like the bumper is going to be about 2" short on each side. In other words, the line that should continue from the front of the fender down along the bumper will be broken. I have heard about this but do not recall what the solution is to this problem. Can anyone point me in the right direction?? I do not want to cut or alter anything until I am absolutely sure I know how to resolve this issue. Thank you for anyone that has some advise to share on this subject. Tim |

You sure you have the correct bumper? What brand?

Post a picture. It might be that you welded the flares in the wrong place. Did you mock it up before you mounted the flares?
