Help-Targa-Front small window connect

Hi, has anyone replace the front side window frame connect-top location? I thought it was held by four screws, two on top and two behind the seal, but i found that they are rivets behind the seal, (damn it!):confused: .. Should I have a pro replace theses? Thanks in advance! :)
