Steel TS housing back date pieces - How to line up?
Anybody in here installed these for a back date and can offer advice?
I just purchased these parts and I am going to order the hood extension from FennLane. I am starting to wonder how I am going to get both of these lined up? If I had factory one or the other I think I could wing it and it would be fine but with no reference....If I had a 69-73 car sitting there to look at that would help but I do not. TIA  I cant figure out how to get a pic of the hood extension loaded - its a PDF. I searched did not find a thread - please point me that way if you know of one.

I have never hung these parts, but I have done a lot of metal fabrication and 901 body work.... What you need to do is gather ALL of your parts and place them on the car. Adjust your hood gaps and fender gaps. Make sure the horn grills are fitting perfectly as well. This will tell you exactly how/were they need to be..... enjoy bob
