Re-Aligning window frame in 77 Carrera S

My 77 Carrera S which has recently been re-built by Tuthill's to Classic Tarmac Rally Spec, has a sticking passenger side electric window (it is left hand drive). As I am now down at my French base some 1,000 miles south of Tuthill's in the UK taking it back for an adjustment is not practical. It has gotten worse over the last week to the extent that it has to be helped up and down. I suspect it is just a case of frame alignment. Has anyone any tips about doing this job? I have a pretty extensive suite of tools at our French base and am fairly competent mechanically.

Wilson

PS It is not always sun and bikinis in the south of France - taken today in the pouring rain and 12.5ºC.

i would remove the inner door panel and see just what is going on . it could be any thing from a bolt on the regulator becoming loose and backing out .to the run channel (the rubber that the glass runs up and down in ) starting to deteriorate and not letting the glass run smoothly .
