Hi all,
Been reading this forum a lot as it is a goldmine for information. However I could not find an answer to my question. I have a 911 SC '83 with a damaged front nose (hit a high truck ![]() I'll attach some pics so you know what I'm talking about. ![]() the damaged front. Please note the front oil cooler. I have a 3.6 engine from a 964 in there. The car is also a 964 look with the 964 bumpers etc.. ![]() This is the replacement nose from a 964 cut from a donor car I can buy for around 300$ I have to drive far to get this so I want to be sure before I buy something unusable. If you are updating your car you could use it. It would be a lot of work though. I would wait for the right front clip. There are many out there and they are usually $300.00 or less. Place a WTB in the parts section and you should have a few people with them for sale.
I think the pick up points for the suspension may be different too. Good luck.

Not the right replacement part if you just want to repair the damage. Wait for the right cut. I think anything from 74-89 will be OK.

where are you located? we have a 74-89 front cut in Van Nuys (L.A.)

Actually Van Nuys sounds like native (Dutch) to me, but I'm from EU, Belgium
