Need help with paint color
 

I need a perfect match to black satin metallic 1989 i need my bumper painted has 1 or 2 little scratches tried glasso off color tried different paint all a little lighter to much blue to much red metallic to big to small can someone please advice me what to do or who to call or see im in new york city

You need to find a paint supply store that has a competent paint mixer and tinter.Paint rarely mixes up from the formula and matches perfectly,usually needs to be adjusted to bring in a perfect or near to, match.
A high end bodyshops painter can do this as well (usually).
You'll need to give them a sample (gas flap,etc.)
