Valve cover painting
hi im new here , Can someone guide me to which product to use on my valve cover on my porsche 944 1986 i wanted to repaint it Red like my car red guard with a clean to make it look nice any ideas? i have to sand it down now so im off ! its a 8 valve so its a rectangle shape one

sand the cam tower real good with a 320 grit paper and a red pad . wipe it down with some prepaint cleaner untill the wipe off regs are clean after your finished wiping off the prepaint cleaner . then using a chromated etching primer with an activator spray 1 light to med coat on the aluminum part . letting it flash off for about 15 minutes . going wet on wet spray a coat of sealer over the etch primer . let that flash off for an other 15 to 20 minutes then top coat it with eather a single stage color or base clear . or send it to me and i will paint it for a 125 dollars .
