RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, please return the item within 30 days* of receipt for an exchange or refund. In order to return an item, please request an RMA by sending us an email at mobb.orderinq@gmail.com with the following information:

3. Exchange or Refund
4. Reason for return
5. Specify defect in product, if any
6. Any other comments (any feedback on our products or service)
7. A phone number where we can reach you, if required Returned products must include all original accessories, manuals, software, and packaging materials.

Refunds:

1. If the product is defective and you opt for a refund, we will issue a full refund for the purchase.
2. If you wish to return the item for any other reason, we will issue a refund less Shipping &Handling costs.
3. Product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging materials and show no signs of use

The speakers sound like they were defective if they are already making noise like that i would check the warranty you should be able to get new ones free of charge.
