Recommendations for PA paint and body/rust work on 79 SC

Hi all:

My 79 SC has some rust at the bottom rear of the driver's quarter and at the base of both headlights, on the fender side of the battery and at places on the front bumper. I am looking for recommendations for paint/body work in CENTRAL PA. Everthing rear of the front fenders is fine. Thanks!!! Steve
