Bright dip anodizing

I'm from Hungary and i'm in the middle of a '69 911E restoration. I'd like to renew the side window trims. As i know they are not chromed as on the SWB cars, but bright dip anodized. Can somebody explain me the bright dip anodizing? I know what anodizing is but it makes a matte "anodized look" finish, not the "chrome like". So what is this type of anodization. I didn't find any useful information on the net. Who can do it?
