RS/RSR project advice.

Is there anyone close to louisville kentucky who would be willing to look at my project car and offer advice on my plan to build an RS or RSR? I feel that this could be extremely helpful as I want to insure that I have the right car and ideas.

Are you thinking 1973 RS or RSR ?
Does Kentucky have smog laws on older cars?
How bad is the rust , if any, on the car you are contemplating converting?
What are your goals with the car? Street only, some track, show?
How accurate a replica are you after?

In general , doing a high quality conversion, with performance upgrade to all systems, can cost you into six figures. If you are adept at doing some/ all of the work yourself, you can save a lot of money building your car. And having the satisfaction of knowing every nut and bolt that went into it.
