Clear coat Peeling

Help~! My clearcoat is peeling off of my front bumper. How can I stop/repair this??

Was this a repaint or factory?
There is no way to stop it. To me it looks like a repair and/or repaint. The prep wan't correctly done before the clear coat was applied. The clear coat is loosing it's bonding to the paint coat. It will need to be stripped and started over to do it correctly.

Its aftermarket paint....I agree. Looks like Ill have to start over.
