From the inside of the car, I used a flat screwdriver and lifted the rubber moulding over the metal pinch weld. Once I got all the way around the window it came out without a problem.

You can use a towel around the screwdriver so you don't scratch the rubber molding.

To remove mine, I just laid down in the back seats, 2 feet (No Shoes) against the inside of the window, and a friend outside to catch the window. Took ~1 minute/side, and didn't damage anything on the way out.

They install dry, so don't put any sealant around the edges, or you will have a hell of a time the next time they need to be removed. Use clothes line or similar size nylon rope and run it around the inside of rubber seal. Partner is out side holding window in position, pressing in and you pull on the two ends of the rope. This will contract the rubber seal and window should pop into place.

Cheers,
Larry
