Rear glass roof vents
I'm in the process of replacing the roof on my 911 race car project. My old roof has a sunroof and I'm installing an older roof without the sunroof. I'm curious about the rear vents above the glass.
First off, what is it's purpose? I'm thinking of cutting out the housing, inside so the air can vent out the back. Here are some pics.... ![]()

I was thinking the same thing. I have a 993 roof to put on my build to get rid of the sunroof. The newer roof doesn't have the vent holes.
