911 SC - 964 C4 "body kit"

I have a 911 SC -81 and came across a set of 964 C4 front and rear bumpers.
Apart from having the exhaust on the "wrong side" the biggest issue fitting this seems to be the front bumper. The location of the original front bumper mounts seems to hit the bumpers lamp casing...
Any tips on how to "upgrade" a 911 SC to 964 look? Are there 964 "body kits" (C2-C4) that fits better than others?
Major work involved in getting mounting "solution" that works?
