all paints now are of low VOC's !
there is a thing called national standards that set Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) at a set level and can be no higher .
how ever there are states like CAL. and CT that have set the state standards even higher then the national rule or standards .
this is done by changing the hardeners and the amount of reducers used in the products .
if your buying the products from your area jobber (auto paint store ) then your buying products that will meet the national and state standards .

some states like Cal. it's hard to find single stage products but this is because of the jobbers and not the state or fed laws . they just wish not to offer it but it is available and the paint manufactures do make products that are compliant to all the state and national rules .

so simply go down to your area jobber and get the products you will need .
