Targa Rollbar Cover Paint recommendation

I am going to be refinishing the Targa Roll Bar cover to my 1988 Targa Turbolook.

I will be using an HVLP sprayer. The part is stainless steel.

What brand of paint would you use and what is the best place to source it?

Also what primer/surface prep would be appropriate?
