Which Sikkens primer to use?

Hi,
question for paint guys:
I have a 81 SC that has quite a few rust spots. Finally I will re-spray the whole car.
For now I would like to take care of rust spots.
After I clean/repair rust area which primer I should use to cover it so it does not rust and can stay for quite some time before I am ready to respray the car?
I want to use primer in spray can ( small areas and dont have spray gun)
Here (in Japan) I can get these in spray can:

1. Sikkens Washprimer 1K CF aerosol
2. Sikkens Spot Primer (Aerosol)
3. Sikkens Spot Sealer DTM (Aerosol)

Which one will be best for my repairs?

Also, can it be applied over the old paint?

Many of those rust spots are gonna have to be sandblasted or ground down and treated with something like ppg metal cleaner/conditioner or ospho phosphate otherwise the rust will just come back through your sealer
