sorry i have not gotten to show you this yet i just got out of a 6 week stay in the hospital . will be a few more weeks of home recovery . at some point i will get to it and show how to do the effect .

i tried the effect with a piece of mesh .
it's just to open to give the proper look .
i will go to the fabric store this weekend and buy a piece of lace to do it .
so please be patience with me :)

Its done with actual Lace. How we did it back in the day "low rider days" find your lace pattern you like at the fabric store. lay if over the car. paint over the top of the lace and remove the lace while the paint is still wet. then clear coat.


that how we did it anyways.

oldschool but worked

personally no days with the auto wrap technology I would just use a wrap.

to be exact...you sprayed over the lace? how did you prevent bleeding under the pattern? Did it look crisp? sorry this is all new to me. Thanks

yes you paint directly over the lace. you don't spray a think coat. its just s coat for color

not my work! and you can pick any lace pattern you like
