correct spray pattern in engine bay '69
 

Please somebody explain me the correct texture in the engine bay on a '69 911E. As i know the underschutz goes upward from bottom, but fades slowly. But where dies it turn flat instead of textured finish? A picture worth 1000 words, so please if you have some photos, upload a few. Thank you.

Can somebody post a picture of an 1969 engine compartment without the engine? I have to see the factory spray pattern.
