Missing paint beneath door pull - How hard to repair?

Can any of the paint experts here tell me how easy/hard the missing paint beneath the door pull on this black '81 SC (pictured below) would be to repair? Can I assume that something could be done without repainting the whole door?

That's an easy one, if i'm reading the photo correct, and the scratch you're talking about is where your fingers go behind the door handle?

If you check around you'll find companies that fix bumper scratches at your home.

Once your happy with one of them, and their work i'd pull the door handle, to save them time.

Yes, that's the location of the 'scratch', although it's about 2" long and 1/4" high, so it's quite a scratch If that's an easy one, then I'm happy to hear it.

If you want to take it into a painter/ panel beater, remove your internal door trim, that way you'll save an hour or so of labor.

to r&i the door panel is .4 book time . to r&i all parts is 1.3 book times . the most important thing is that you take it to a shop that will not cut the wires to the mirror . they should be depinned and not cut . most shops don't have the tool to remove the porsche tipe pins .
