61 356-B running hot on freeway

This limo runs about a little above mid range on the temp gauge on the street. On the freeway it gets pretty warm about 3/4+ almost 7/8 on the temp gauge. Brakes are not dragging, motor just serviced. What's up with that ???

Is the timing set properly? Is the air cooling path clean?
