Found 63 356B Eng Case #609824 Anyone missing it?

Anyone looking for an early 63 Engine case #609824? Believe it lines up to an early 63 model year (built in late 62). Its sitting in the basement of a European repair shop that I have sold some parts for in the past, there is set of heads and a few other parts that may have belonged to that specific engine as well, stuff has probably been sitting there for 20+ years and may have come out of a car that could still be in the Seattle area....

Checked the 356 Registry engines wanted and yours is not listed in the wanted thread.

I've found 2 engines for other members that way from Samba and craigslist.
Even found the original long block for my 65 356 C. Haven't bought it yet in NY and
I'm in So Cal. Need to figure out if it is worth the $.

PD41, it is absolutely worth it. People pay much more attention to matching numbers nowadays. Boosts value probably by 20%.
