1964 356 SC in Togo Brown
There’s a RHD 356SC in Togo Brown / Red interior in the extended family. Car lives in Sydney, Australia and believe it was an Australian delivered car from the factory. Amazingly, it’s been daily driven by the owner for 30-odd years and has probably rolled over the odo a handful of times.
Does anyone have any information on rarity (or otherwise) of Togo Brown / Red 356s. Seems to be a rare combination, but one that I think has aged very nicely. I ask bc car was sprayed slate grey and re-trimmed in beige by former owner. It’s all current owner has ever known, and it’s a particularly handsome combination. It’s about to be taken to metal and re-sprayed and owner is debating going back to OG. Brown isn’t his favorite, but he also won’t own the car forever. My vote is Togo, all day. |

When my car was new it was Bali Blue. An Ok color but not some I’d ever go back to. When I got it was white, Bare metal to red, black, and now silver. It’s been silver eight years now. More compliments on that than any other color. Togo brown an interesting color.
