I used to be quite active in the 356 scene in BC, and I've never heard of or seen that car before. Squamish is very familiar to me as well, having been skiing in Whistler for years.

Don't hold that against the seller though, it just means the car hasn't been active with any of the local clubs or other owners.

If you find out who the seller is, or any other details/history, post it. I can pass the message along to some 356 guys in BC for additional assistants, if you'd like.

I imagine you may not have seen the car because it has been in storage for 7 years as noted in the post. Based the amount of sand and salt on Squamish's roads due to snow this is probably a good thing.

When I lived there in 2001 there was 2ft of snow, salt and sand trucks in the winter. I remember because I had to switch from all seasons to winter tires at the Canadian Tire in Squamish ... even with my 4wd.

I live in warm climates now so don't know what's happenin in the whistler region as far as snow these days.

a bit off topic however there is definitely nastier weather up whistler way in the winter(elevation change coupled with being inland from the ocean)
