Umm... wrong forum, but I'll shoot. :)
A baby seat should fit - at least teh one you can buy from your local dealership for ~ $200. Or rather, when I called asking about a seat for a '84 911 I was told "no problem". I do know that a typical booster seat does not fit.
For my 356, since I have only lap belts in teh front, I've put a toddler size seat in front as well as a "full" booster (not just a seat bottom) in the front passenger seat. Actually tightens in better than in the back seats of either my Altima or minivan.
