Dad just bought a 1960 356 B
![]() ![]() The car looks amazing. I have not seen it in person yet. It is a 2 owner car that has had a repaint, original interior, comes with owners manual tool kit, all numbers match. The only thing I was wondering about as far as value and investment go is the fact that it has a big bore kit, mild cam and webers. There is no rust, no crash damage. I wanted him to be more thorough in really finding out more from the previuos owner since the engine has been modified but he just went for it. Oh- it also has tires that are too fat 185 I think. Anyhow he paid 24,300 for it it has 107K on the clock. Any comments???

SWWWWWEEEEEEET!!!!!!
That's all I got. Big bore shouldn't be a big deal, as long as it's the correct case, IMO. sjd

Spot on price, good color combo. The engine mods, except the carbs, might increase value! Normaly the "B" coupe is on the bottom rung of pricing, but a low mile original car that has not been terribly molested cancels out the conventional market wisdom.
