lets play "identify these heads"
Hey guys-
I have acquired a basket case 1600 engine. literally in boxes- Here are the heads- can you tell me what they are from and what they are worth? ![]() ![]() ![]()

They look to be 356 heads.

the one with the two small reinforcing ribs in the rocker box is a C/SC/912 head. The other might be A/B. Value is difficult without very close examination to look for cracks around the spark plug hole. I'ts also difficult to tell if they have been flycut too much. The C/SC head is what everyone wants, so it's worth more...maybe $200 if it's really really nice. I use A/B heads for door stops but I still keep them.
