Stolen race car and trailer
Ted Myrus' 356 race car and trailer was stolen in San Diego sometime between noon yesterday and 10AM today. here are a couple of picts.

I've seen and heard of a lot of enclosed race trailers getting stolen or broken into in the last year. If I get an enclosed trailer I will put signs on it that say something like Central Coast Hazardous Waste Removal and Crime Scene Cleanup, rather than Really Expensive Race Cars Inside.

Why do people steal this stuff? It's not like they can resell it mint like when they took it. Anyone could recongnize it. They'd have to respray it or something, and then the value would be dropped and no one would want it. And they obviously didn't take it for parts, if that was their game, they'd steal honda civic airbags. Can someone help me understand the point of this senseless act?
