Fuel Delivery problem

Hi I have a 63 356BT6 with a fuel delivery problem, I've already replaced my fuel pump but my Porsche still feels like its starving for fuel! It doesn't happen all the time but it will start bogging down on me from time to time! Could it be a "Fuel-Cock" problem or a Carburation problem? Heeelllpp!

Remove the filter on the fuel-cock and see if there is any blockage. If the filter shows any from of blockage, clean it out and then check the bottom of your fuel tank for possible rust. Also, have you checked your fuel pressure?
