torque values needed, 356 C engine

I would like to know the torque values for a 356 C normal engine:
rods, heads, case, pulley, and gland nut please. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, the normals might have different torque settings as they are different and not made of the same materials. Check out Harry Pelllows book.
