You'd have to find a used one on the Internet. I think I paid $200 for mine about 10 years ago. I imagine that they are more difficult to find these days.

The C/SC/912 used electric tachs, if you can find one then you can have it rebuilt if needed - PaloAlto and North Hollywood Speedo both do this.
