'64 Carrera 2 with a four cam motor value?

This is listed in the Pittsburgh Craigslist. I'm a 911 guy, but iirc a four cam motor is a big deal. Approximately where does that place the value of this car assuming everything else is at least average condition?

1964 -356C Carrera 2

Hmmm. I just saw this car listed on the Roads Scholar website marked as Sale Pending. I thought it was a local car, but I am beginning to think otherwise. I would still be interested in approximate value opinions. Thanks.

There is a Carrera 2 with four cam motor for sale in South Africa at the moment for the equivalent of $228k. Top money.

And to think Wayne Carini was going to sell that famous hill climb special with a hot rodded 4 cammer for 65K had it met that reserve. Had I been at that auction I would have bid on that. Wonder what happened to that car?
