Identifying compression ratio

Hi Guys. I'm selling a bunch of 356 engine parts I have but need help identifying some of them. I have several cylinder heads - evidently I can go by the valve size? Also have a new set of Mahle pistons and cylinders but don't know their compression ratio. Is there a distinction with the piston I could use? I have 3 crankshafts as well, one is counterweighted. Also, I have some new valves and valve guides. Different diameters? Thanks, any reply would be appreciated.
