356 speedster engine case

Hello,
I'm wondering what it's worth. I have an engine case with following number:

P67458 it came from a Speedster from Oct.'57
enginetype 616/1 1600/60hp

This is confirmed by Porsche Germany that it originates from a speedster.

Can anyone tell me the value or potential value please? Or is anyone in need for this number because he owns the matching car with this case?
BR

If all three pieces, and in good shape, 175-250 bucks seems to be about the going rate for A cases. Completely irrelevant whether it comes from speedster, cab, or coupe. There may be one guy on the planet, if you can find him, who thinks it is worth a lot because he owns the original car it came from. If you do find him, offer to give him the case for free. Its good Porsche karma.

Dave,
I would like to see you chime in about this engine and it finding its original chassis.

According to the 356A site it could fit:
1958 (built 1957) T2 A cabriolet (Reutter) with a serial number between 150001 and 150149.
1958 (built 1957) T2 A coupe (Reutter) with a serial number between 101693 and 102504.
1958 (built 1957) T2 A Speedster (Reutter) with a serial number between 83792 and 84370.

People are asking up to $700-800 for a case but I'm guessing most sell for quite a bit less than that unless it matches the buyers car
